Meet Danny and his Hardnine Choppers

An accident put an end to Danny Schneider’s motocross career. Ten years later he has gained international recognition for customising vintage bikes. His Danny-MX bike has featured in numerous magazines all over the world, but in Switzerland, where he works out of a garage in a suburb of Bern, he is still an unknown. (swissinfo.ch, 2010)

A documentary and animation filmmaker from Bern, Michele studied film at Zurich University of the Arts. He's been a swissinfo.ch video journalist since 2004 and has a special interest in developing new video formats for mobile viewing, mixing animation and documentary styles.
