Migratory birds make the Swiss Jura their home
At the end of 2018 two million bramblings were spotted on the Swiss-French border. These birds mainly spend the winter in western Europe, where food is in greater supply than in their Nordic homeland: the taiga of Sweden, Norway and Finland. (RTS, swissinfo.ch)
