Thailand confirms fifth bird flu death
BANGKOK (Reuters) - A six-year-old boy has become the fifth Thai victim of a species-jumping bird flu that is spreading in Asia, Health
Minister Sudarat Keyuraphan says. "Now we have the fifth confirmed death, a boy from Kanchanaburi," Sudarat told reporters on Wednesday,
referring to a province 130 km (80 miles) west of the capital Bangkok.
