How eating disorders take hold

"True Talk" puts people in front of the camera who are fighting prejudice or discrimination. They answer questions that nobody would normally dare to ask directly. 

This week, Rosanna, who used to be anorexic, talks about why the disease can last for many years. She says that many people don’t take anorexia seriously and think it can be cured by simply eating “normally”. But this, she says, shows how little people understand about a disorder that kills ten percent of its victims.
