BAGHDAD (Reuters) - A majority of Iraqi MPs voted on Thursday to dismiss Defence Minister Khaled al-Obeidi, state TV said.
Parliament held a no-confidence vote after questioning Obeidi earlier this month over corruption charges that he denies.
Obeidi is a Sunni ally of Shi'ite Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi.
