LJUBLJANA (Reuters) - The Slovenian parliament passed legal amendments on Thursday that will enable police to seal the country's borders to illegal migrants.

The law was passed by 47 votes to 18 and will enable border to be closed to most illegal migrants for a limited period if parliament deemed it necessary for reasons of national security.
