ANKARA (Reuters) - Turkey's government will submit a draft proposal to parliament to remove parliamentarians' immunity from prosecution as early as Tuesday, Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said.
Davutoglu made the comment in an address in parliament to his ruling AK Party lawmakers that was broadcast live on television.
