One Swiss chef will stop at nothing to make sure he sources the best types of wood shavings to give his smoked fish a very distinctive flavour. From visiting wood workshops to creating a type of tar from blends of bark found in the alps, this 'wood chef' is branching out, and even putting some of the wood onto plates. (SRF/swissinfo.ch)
