Helping the poor in a rich country

Founded in 1865 in England the Salvation Army soon spread around the world. It started its service in Switzerland in Geneva in December 1882. Today the institution provides valuable aid to the poor in this rich country. (swissinfo, Michele Andina)

A documentary and animation filmmaker from Bern, Michele studied film at Zurich University of the Arts. He's been a swissinfo.ch video journalist since 2004 and has a special interest in developing new video formats for mobile viewing, mixing animation and documentary styles.
