Domestic violence: more people seek help
Last year, victim support centres in Switzerland responded to over 35,000 calls from people living in fear of domestic violence, more than double the number of reported cases from 15 years ago. It’s not clear whether the surge is due an increase in awareness or due to an escalation of this phenomenon. (SRF, swissinfo.ch)
