Sept. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Trafigura AG agreed to sell 80 percent of its Texas terminal business to Buckeye Partners LP for $860 million.

Trafigura will keep 20 percent of the unit that owns Trafigura Terminals LLC, according to a statement today. It also well retains commercial rights to use assets in Corpus Christi, Texas, which include a processing facility, storage tanks and pipelines to the Eagle Ford.
