Johann Michael Haydn (1737-1806): Symphony in E-flat major MH 473; Symphony in G major MH 474; Missa Sancti Francisci Seraphici MH 119; Regina coeli MH 80. The Zurich Boys' Choir was founded by Alphons von Aarburg in 1960. More than 100 youngsters from all backgrounds and confessions now belong to the various groups that make up the choir. The Zürcher Kammerorchester was founded in the nineteen-forties by Edmond de Stoutz, and rapidly gained international recognition as an elite ensemble. In 1996 Howard Griffiths took over as artistic director.
