Joseph Joachim Raff (1822-1882): Cello Concertos
Daniel Müller-Schott, cello; Bamberger Symphoniker, Hans Stadlmair, cond. Joachim Raff's 1st Cello Concerto in D minor follows traditional form. His aim here was simply to write a rewarding, brilliant and melodious concerto for a remarkable virtuoso.
