Keeping the recession at bay

British tourists love Verbier, and so do British "ski bums". To afford life in the Alps many tend bars, or work for holiday companies or as ski instructors. So far the financial crisis hasn't affected the ski resort much. The real impact will probably be felt at the end of the season and next year. (Raffaella Rossello, swissinfo.ch)
