GUATEMALA CITY (Reuters) - Guatemala swore in President Alejandro Giammattei on Tuesday in a ceremony tainted by long delays blamed on outgoing officials manoeuvring to avoid possible legal cases, a reminder of the deep levels of political corruption plaguing the country.
