MOSCOW (Reuters) - A delegation representing the Syrian armed opposition returned to peace talks being held in Kazakhstan on Thursday a day after it said it had suspended its participation, the RIA news agency reported.
The armed opposition had suspended its participation on Wednesday, demanding an end to government bombing of areas under its control.
