Seasonal workers for the asparagus harvest
Despite Swiss efforts to limit the number of foreigners working in Switzerland, some industries clearly cannot do without the help of imported staff. Polish farm labourers have been brought in to harvest asparagus, work that is very labour-intensive, physically demanding and requires considerable flexibility. (SRF/swissinfo.ch)
