The podium place follows her victory in the initial downhill contest in Bansko on Friday, where she took first place.
The 24-year-old from central Switzerland had shown strong performances during practice runs.
Andrea Fischbacher of Austria won the race, her second World Cup victory, in one minute, 45:81 seconds.
Tina Maze of Slovenia followed, 0.26 seconds after Fischbacher's time, and Suter clocked 0.39 seconds after the leader.
Fellow Swiss, Lara Gut, came fourth, 0.62 seconds after Fischbacher.
