Swiss Foreign Minister holds talks with ICRC president
Swiss Foreign Minister Joseph Deiss held talks in Berne with the president of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Cornelio Sommaruga. The focus of the talks was the issue of humanitarian aid to Kosovo.
