Swiss orienteering pair win overall world cup

Simone Niggli-Luder and Daniel Hubmann have taken the women's and men's overall world cup titles in orienteering with end-of-season wins in Zurich on Sunday.

A year after the birth of her daughter, Niggli-Luder proved she had returned to the top with a sprint win.

Following her success, Hubmann managed to defend his overall world title.

Niggli-Luder had re-found her previous form only in the past month, winning the long distance, middle distance and sprint events at the World Orienteering Championships in Hungary in August.
