Swiss supermarkets’ green approach to palm oil

Orangutans are facing extinction because their habitat, the rainforests of Malaysia and Indonesia, is being destroyed to make way for palm oil plantations. Growers are racing to meet soaring demand from western food manufacturers. Swiss supermarkets are at the forefront of efforts to achieve sustainable palm oil supplies.
