Picking the jobless to harvest crops
The Swiss cabinet wants to help the unemployed in Switzerland through a preferential hiring system. As a result, farmers are supposed to report short-term jobs to the regional employment office. But for many their experience with unemployed workers has not been positive, and they prefer to employ harvest workers. (SRF, swissinfo.ch)
