Making Swiss trains handicapped accessible proves a challenge

The Swiss public transport network must become more accessible for people with disabilities by 2023, but it is unlikely to hit its target. 

With six years to go before the deadline, it has become clear that not all trains and stations will manage to make upgrades originally passed by law in 2003. (SRF/swissinfo.ch)
