Sweet chestnuts from Canton Aargau
Nobody thought it was possible at first, but it’s worked. Six years ago, in Niederwil in Canton Aargau, organic farmer Andreas Gauch created the first sweet chestnut plantation in German-speaking Switzerland. This autumn he has harvested 1.3 tons, more than ever before. (SRF/swissinfo.ch)
