Swiss to help build European gas pipeline
The Swiss energy group Axpo is involved in the design and construction of a new pipeline transporting natural gas from Azerbaijan to Europe. The Azerbaijan gas consortium has chosen the Trans Adriatic Pipeline project to deliver supplies.
The project beat a rival contender from the European Union. The project was ten years in the making. (SRF/swissinfo.ch)
