Thirteen army recruits are still in hospital a day after an accident with armoured vehicles on a military training ground in northwestern Switzerland.

Eight others are receiving medical care at the military training ground. Three recruits are seriously injured but are out of danger, according to an army spokesman.
Four vehicles carrying up to 40 people collided on Tuesday injuring more than 20 of the young army recruits.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
More than a dozen army personnel have been injured in road accidents involving military vehicles over the past 12 months.
There was public criticism following the deaths of 11 members of the militia army in separate incidents in the mountains in 2007 and 2008 respectively.
