Switzerland's second largest bank, Credit Suisse, is to cut another 500 jobs, it announced on Tuesday.

A bank spokesperson said those affected worked in the investment bank and its support sections. Almost all the jobs being lost are in the United States and Britain.
These new losses come on top of 1,500 already announced job cuts in the investment bank.
Credit Suisse reported third quarter losses of SFr1.26 billion ($1.08 billion) last week. The value of its shares continues to fall.
