Fish from the pigsty How farmers could become fish breeders

Eating fish is becoming increasingly popular. Currently only one in twenty fish eaten in Switzerland is actually produced here. That’s not enough for some customers who want to avoid overfishing the oceans. And foreign fish farms often lack transparency in their production methods.
