Swiss voters will again be given the opportunity to have their say on the sensitive issue of genetically screening test-tube embryos. Voters approved preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) last summer but some groups are alarmed at the way it has been implemented into the law books. This sparked a counter-referendum that was handed in at the end of last year.
