Switzerland has won silver in the two-man bob and bronze in the skeleton at the European Championship in the Swiss resort of St Moritz.
Beat Hefti and Thomas Lamparter were beaten in the bob by 0.13 seconds by the German world champions Andre Lange and Martin Putze.
In the skeleton, Gregor Stähli was beaten into third by Germany's Frank Rommel and Britain's Kristan Bromley.
Skeleton competitors drive a one-person sled in a prone, head-first position. This differs from the luge, where the rider drives the sled supine and feet-first.
