The Swiss and Austrian football associations have launched their website in four languages (German, French, Italian and English) with the aim of increasing awareness about their campaign.
Found at www.austria.switzerland-euro2008.com, the website gives details on the eight proposed stadiums and sets out the reasons behind the Swiss-Austrian bid.
Among Switzerland and Austria's main rivals to host the 2008 event are a joint bid by Greece and Turkey, a four-nation alliance of Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, as well as possible individual bids by Scotland and Hungary.
Bidding nations have to submit their dossiers to UEFA by the end of May 2002, with European football's governing body set to make its final decision in December of the same year.
