A deal was agreed for the 27-year-old midfielder to leave Udinese, his manager said on Monday.
Inler, captain of the national team, is one of four top players who joined prominent Italian clubs ahead of the new football season.
His former colleague from Zurich, midfielder Blerim Dzemaili, also moved to third-placed Naples from Parma a few weeks ago.
Juventus Turin – one of the oldest football clubs in Italy – took on Swiss defenders Stephan Lichtsteiner and Reto Ziegler.
