The Kaunas convincingly beat the Ticino club 105-89, relegating Lugano to the bottom of their group.

There is now little chance that Lugano can progress to the last 16 of the competition. They are due to face Adecco Estudiantes of Madrid at home in a week's time.

The Ticino club's last Euroleague success came in November when they beat their Baltic rivals at home.
