Federal Banking Commission
Historically Switzerland’s banking and financial watchdog was the authority for supervising the banking sector but has over time developed into a supervisory authority for banks, securities dealers and fund managers in matters of money laundering. It is not a part of the government administration, but it is integrated into the Swiss finance ministry.
