The “Illuminations from Armenia” were displayed at the Martin Bodmer Foundation near Geneva in 2007. On show were around 40 important religious and scientific manuscripts from Armenia. It was the first time they have been shown in Switzerland. Many came from the famous Matenadaran library in the Armenian capital, Yerevan.
