Ranajit Sengupta & Miguel Guldimann: Anuraag
World / crossing of Indian and classical music. Anuraag is the resulting recording of a longer lasting musical friendship beyond cultural borders. Swiss classic guitarist Miguel Guldimann and Indian sarod player Ranajit Sengupta from Kolkata blend on this CD their music backgrounds during eleven originals. They are partly accompanied by tablas and vocals. The delicate style of Guldimann along with Sengupta's fire create gentle polarity for the listener.
