Superterz: Insomnia
Electronica. The brothers Ravi and Marcel Vaid founded Superterz along with drummer Oliver Schmid. This unit from Zurich likes experiments with electronic music in the broader context. On their double album Insomnia they embark on a voyage through the night with guest musicians from the classical and jazz scene aboard. Each track mirrors an hour of the dark. And actually mirrors the past two decades of electronic music as well. You can hear disturbing out of control dissonances alongside moments of lyrical beauty.
