القضاء الفرنسي يتهم جهاديا فرنسيا أبعد من تركيا ب”القتل” ويأمر بحبسه

If they cannot come, one of the men, Abu Maryan, suggested carrying out attacks at home, in France. He stated: “Terrorize them and do not allow them to sleep due to fear and horror. There are weapons and cars available and targets ready to be hit. Even poison is available, so poison the water and food of at least one of the enemies of Allah. Kill them and spit in their faces and run over them with your cars. اتهمت النيابة الوطنية لمكافحة الإرهاب الجمعة الجهادي الفرنسي عثمان جاريدو الذي طُرد من تركيا الاثنين، ب”القتل” خلال إقامته في المنطقة العراقية السورية، وأمرت بوضعه في الحبس الاحتياطي.

ويعتبر قضاء مكافحة الإرهاب عثمان جاريدو (26 عاما) الذي اختار لنفسه اسم “أبو سلمان الفرنسي” ، فاعلا وشاهدا مهما في الأوساط الجهادية الفرنسية.

وقد اتهم “بالقتل المرتبط بمنظمة إرهابية” و”المشاركة في عصابة أشرار إرهابية إجرامية”، لوقائع ارتكبت خلال إقامته في المناطق التي كان يسيطر عليها الجهاديون الذين انضم إليهم في 2012 بحسب النيابة.

وأوضحت نيابة مكافحة الإرهاب أن قاضي الحريات أمر بوضعه في الحبس الاحتياطي بعد توقيفه الذي بدأ الإثنين.

وأشارت النيابة إلى أنه “قد يكون متورطا في عمليات قتل أخرى يجري تحقيق آخر بشأنها”، موضحة أنه “متهم بارتكاب عمليات قتل في المنطقة العراقية السورية استنادا إلى صور فوتوغرافية لتجاوزات، ظهر فيها”.

وتابعت أن الأمر يتعلق بثلاث عمليات قتل لكن المحققين لم يتمكنوا من تحديد تاريخ وقوعها.

وكانت مذكرة توقيف صدرت منذ 2016 على جاريدو الذي نشأ في مونبيلييه بجنوب فرنسا.

واعتقلت قوات الأمن التركية على جاريدو في تموز/يوليو الماضي بالقرب من الحدود مع سوريا وأبعد بموجب اتفاق للتعاون الأمني يحمل اسم “بروتوكول كازونوف”.

ويسمح الاتفاق الذي وقعته باريس وأنقرة في 2014 ويحمل اسم وزير الداخلية الفرنسي السابق برنار كازونوف، باعتراض الجهاديين الفرنسيين الموجودين لدى السلطات التركية عند عودتهم.

وكانت محكمة جنايات الأحداث حكمت في نيسان/إبريل 2017 على جاريدو غيابيا بالسجن 15 عاما لالتحاقه بتنظيم الدولة الإسلامية في سوريا ومشاركته في التدريب والقتال هناك وحث مسلمي فرنسا على ارتكاب أعمال عنف.

وفي تسجيل فيديو مدته سبع دقائق نشره الفرع الدعائي لتنظيم الدولة الإسلامية في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2014، أحرق عثمان جاريدو جواز سفره الفرنسي ثم دعا إلى قتل “الكفار”. وقد ظهر مع جهاديين فرنسيين آخرين يلقبان ب”أبو أسامة الفرنسي” و”أبو مريم الفرنسي”.

كما حُكم على أربعة أفراد آخرين من عائلته هم والده واثنان من إخوته توجهوا إلى سوريا أيضا، خلال هذه المحاكمة بالسجن لمدد تتراوح بين عشر سنوات و15 عاما.

ومن غير المعروف ما إذا كانوا لا يزالون على قيد الحياة.
