DoubleDan: PRELUDE
What happens when a jazz musician and a whizz kid in electronic music put their talents together in a studio project? Daniel Küffer and Daniel Wihler were keen to find out: DoubleDan was born.
PRELUDE
Based on original drum beats, Daniel Küffer wrote nine songs and invited various authors to write lyrics. Each song is a musical crossover combining elements of jazz, latin, raga, soul, worldbeat, drums&bass, trip hop; the musical journey that this recording represents is both exciting and surprising.
Thrilled by the unexpected, the listener will discover his own musical curiosity. A large number of Swiss musicians contributed to the recordings.
These recordings were then edited, arranged and recomposed by DoubleDan.
