J.M. Gletle (*1626 in Bremgarten, canton Aargau) was organist and 'capellmeister' at the Cathedral of Augsburg, Germany. The exceptional quality of the music of J.M. Gletle has long been talked about in musical circles. But because there are no practical editions of his music, his works are almost never heard in the concert hall.
