Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, UBS Pay $235 Million Over Underwriting
(Bloomberg) — Citigroup Inc., Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and UBS Group AG agreed to pay $235 million to settle a lawsuit claiming they failed to disclose they hadn’t followed underwriting guidelines for mortgage securities.
