Phil Lynch is the Executive Director of the International Service for Human Rights. Before joining ISHR in 2013, Phil founded and led the award-winning Human Rights Law Centre and Homeless Law in Australia. He is a member of the Global Board of the International Gender Champions and the Swiss Committee of World Bicycle Relief, and a former member of the EU Fundamental Rights Agency Advisory Board and the Australian Government Human Rights Grants Scheme Expert Panel.
