Thank you for your advice. Humans are omnivore with wide spectrum of needs between plants and animals. We have different metabolisms in a way that there is no one fit for all. I know people who are vegetarians from birth and are perfect and others who do need large qiantities of meat to be healthy. Well I am a heavy meat eater. For being a female I have a strong muscle mass and I am healthiest when I eat any type of animal products every day. I tried vegetarian for 4 years and I got severely sick. My doctor warned me to never do that again because damage can be permanent this time. I say eat what you need and respect those around you. We are not doing anything against nature by consuming meat. And if you think, every living creature in this planet eats animals in some form. Cows eat animals, plants eat animals and animals eat plants. Thats life.
