Main French air traffic controllers’ union to call off April 25 strike

PARIS (Reuters) – The biggest union representing French air traffic control workers, the SNCTA, will call off a threatened strike on April 25 after reaching a deal with management over working conditions, it said on Wednesday.
Many airlines have said they will cancel flights on Thursday owing to expected disruption while talks continue with other trade unions representing French air traffic controllers.
