Albert Bolliger. Historic Organs in France Vol. 4.

On this edition Swiss organist Albert Bolliger presents the historic French organ of Cintegabelle, which was built in 1742 by Christophe Moucherel (1686-?). Another of Moucherel's master works was the organ of the Albi cathedral (built earlier in 1736). In 1989 the Cintegabelle organ was restored to its original condition using the original plans. Since 18 years Albert Bolliger has produced internationally acclaimed recordings presenting historic organs throughout Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Danmark, France and Spain. These recordings have all been published on his label Sinus-Verlag AG.
