All this week swissinfo is replaying highlights from this year's audio archive. Today it's the turn of Brigitte McMahon who gave birth to a baby girl less than nine months after winning Olympic gold.
Feted the length and breadth of Switzerland after clinching the country’s only gold medal at last year’s Sydney Olympics, Swiss triathlete Brigitte McMahon had a private celebration of her own last May.
Eight and a half months after crossing the finish line in Sydney to win the first ever triathlon Olympic gold, McMahon gave birth to her second child. Two days later swissinfo dropped in on Brigitte, husband Mike, son Dominic and baby Jennifer.
