Special surveillance and high bills after drunken sprees

In Zürich at the weekend more and more drunken troublemakers are becoming violent and have to be taken into custody. The police have created additional special cells, where these people are monitored by private security and medics. It’s a sobering experience in more senses than one: when they leave they are faced with a stiff bill. (SF/TSR/swissinfo.ch)
