Voter decision points: a new economic direction
Dr JoAnn Salvisberg is another American woman living in Switzerland who shared what most influenced her vote this year with swissinfo.ch. Her thoughts mostly turned to the state of the American economy, and how to reverse course.
“Decisions that have been made, bailing out banks and other industries… I don’t think there was enough control there, and now they’re putting extra pressure on Americans living abroad to make some reforms for their taxes. They’re going after the wrong people,” she told swissinfo.ch.
