Paul Dziatkowiec is Director of Mediation and Peace Support at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP). He previously worked for the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue and the Australian diplomatic service. Julie Allard is Deputy Director of the same unit at the GCSP. She holds a Master's degree in International Security from the Paris School of International Affairs, Sciences Po Paris.
