Ad revenues continue to plummet
The financial press and Sunday newspapers have been the hardest hit in a big drop of Swiss media advertising revenues.

Overall, Swiss press revenues fell by 20.4 per cent in 2009 to SFr1.59 billion ($1.55 billion), WEMF said. In 2008, ad spending dropped six per cent.
Particularly striking in the 2009 figures was the drop in job advertisements, where revenues fell by around 45 per cent to SFr167.6 million. Commercial ads decreased 16 per cent to SFr1.25 billion.
Property advertisements dropped by around 20 per cent to SFr63.8 million.
